Processing your order
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, we start processing orders daily at 9am. Any orders that come in after 9am will be processed the next day. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the very next business day. This ensures your order will be shipped to you in the quickest
Shipping your Order
We use Australia Post secure eParcel service. The secure service does require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when the package arrives, Australia Post will provide a Collect Card for the nearest Post Office.
You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you asap to keep you informed
We understand buying online can be a little daunting, especially if you’d like to touch and feel the product prior to purchase.
That’s why we are happy to provide a hassle-free, no questions asked, return policy for all online purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, and would like to change your mind, Simply return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. No questions asked, no hassles, no problem!
We only ask for the item to be returned in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit .
